Shana Duffy – Senior Consultant
Shana has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 25 years and has an extensive background and expertise in credit card marketing, Her proficiency includes acquisition growth and incentive based selling, portfolio optimization, lifecycle management, strategic marketing planning, advertising and mass media, new business and product development, affinity and co-brand partnership management, emerging credit, and contract negotiation.
Prior to joining Advantage, Shana held the executive position of Senior Vice President in Partnership Marketing at Bank of America responsible for managing and growing major co-brand and affinity credit card programs and relationships within the Travel Rewards and Financial Institution sectors that include; Hawaiian Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Virgin Atlantic Airlines, Asiana Airlines, Mexicana Airlines, Aeroplan, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Harrah’s Resorts, Regions National Bank, First Bank of Puerto Rico and the Upromise College Savings program.
During Shana’s 25 year tenure at Bank of America she held several key executive management roles primarily within the Consumer Credit Card Division managing Credit Card Marketing, Risk Management, Credit and Fraud Operations, Customer Service, and Corporate Compliance education.
Shana is a native of Seattle where she studied at the University of Washington and has a BS in Business Marketing. She also earned a certificate in Global Marketing Management from Thunderbird International School of Business in Phoenix, AZ. Shana currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ.
