Jim Sebo – Managing Director
Jim joined Advantage in 2008 after a highly successful thirteen year career with Bank of America’ credit card division. Jim brings a unique card issuer side perspective to our client engagements. At Bank of America, Jim was responsible for end-to-end management of more than 300 key card alliance relationships, representing millions of accounts and billions of dollars in outstanding balances. His knowledge of the payment business encompasses the complete program lifecycle from strategy development to program implementation and launch to program management and refinement.
On the Personal Side
When he’s not on the road meeting with Advantage clients, Jim is often spotted on his golf course in beautiful sunny Charlotte NC entertaining clients, drinking red wine, or beating up on Chris Theoharides’ golf game. Jim is a long suffering Virginia football fan, believing that hope springs eternal for the “Hoos.” 2011 will be a big year for Jim as the younger of his two sons will be graduating. He is celebrating having written his LAST tuition check to Wake Forest University. After living through Bucknell, UVA (out of state) and Wake…Jim is a strong advocate for in – state public education.
